Basic Package
Sign up to CCTV Logbook to manage your CCTV system assets in one central, secure place. CCTV Logbook makes managing your IP CCTV systems simple and straightforward and also assists you to meet the legal requirements set out by the Surveillance Camera Commissioner’s Code of Practice. This online tool enables the user and installer to use a common portal to store asset information, troubleshoot and record work logs.
The basic package is ideal for small and medium-sized businesses or organisations based on a single site. You can sign up for £10 per month or a single reduced annual subscription payment of £100. This will allow two users to access the portal and enables you to add up to 25 assets including cameras, servers (NVRs), sensors, speakers, network equipment, UPS’ and patch panels, making it the ideal starter package.
If you find you need more cameras or assets at a later date, it’s easy to add 25 more assets for just an extra £5 per month or a single reduced annual subscription payment of £50. Additionally, if you want assistance to ensure you are meeting the 12 Principles of the Surveillance Camera Code of Practice, to ensure you meet your GDPR obligations, you can sign up to the compliance management module for an extra £10 per month or a single reduced annual subscription payment of £100.
Standard Package
Sign up to CCTV Logbook to manage your CCTV system assets in one central, secure place. CCTV Logbook makes managing your IP CCTV systems simple and straightforward and also assists you to meet the legal requirements set out by the Surveillance Camera Commissioner’s Code of Practice. If your business or organisation has up to three sites then our standard package will be perfect for you and provides access to the system for up to five users with a total of 75 assets. You can sign up for a cost of £20 per month or a single reduced annual subscription payment of £200. This will allow 5 users to access the portal and enables you to add up to 75 assets including cameras, servers (NVRs), sensors, speakers, network equipment, UPS’ and patch panels, across three sites.
If you find you need more cameras or assets at a later date, it’s easy to add them by upgrading your annual subscription. Additionally, if you want assistance to ensure you are meeting the 12 Principles of the Surveillance Camera Code of Practice, to ensure you meet your GDPR obligations, you can sign up to the compliance management module for an extra £10 per month or a single reduced annual subscription payment of £100, for each site.
Enterprise Package

If your business or organisation has multiple sites then our enterprise package will be perfect for you and will enable unlimited users with up to 5 sites with a total of 250 assets. You can sign up for a cost of £30 per month or a single reduced annual subscription payment of £300. This will allow unlimited users to access the portal and enables you to add up to 250 assets including cameras, servers (NVRs), sensors, speakers, network equipment, UPS’ and patch panels, across five sites.
To increase the number of sites or assets the charges are as follows:

- 50 additional sites £225 per month or £2,250 per year
Assets
- 25 assets – £5 per month or £50 per year
- 50 assets – £9 per month or £90 per year
- 100 assets – £17.50 per month or £175 per year
